The building is understood to have been built approximately 35 years ago as a purpose built block of self-contained apartments. During the inspection, a number of defects were found in the building, some more serious than others, and almost all requiring repair to prevent further damage and deterioration to the building fabric. The Client received a comprehensive Level 3 Building Survey Report.
