We will work with the clients’ lawyers to provide and negotiate a suite of appointments for the engagement of the professional team, which will include Architect, Interior Designer, Principal Designer, Structural Engineer, Services Engineer, Planning Consultant and Party Wall Surveyor.
We work with private clients from the worlds of business, finance, sport and media, family offices, developers, trusts and asset managers. Given the nature of the industry we operate in, we passionately believe that our service should extend well beyond the constraints of a conventional role by providing a solution focused and flexible approach.

Adair provided Employers Agent services on a new super-prime residential development on the Wentworth Estate, Virginia Water, Surrey. The 6,500sq ft development includes a large basement dedicated to leisure facilities and staff quarters with an impressive outdoor swimming pool, all set in 2 stunning acres of landscaped gardens.

Fundamental to the successful delivery of a project is our approach to build, nurturing a collaborative project team and to develop a fully integrated solution for every scheme.
We will work with the Clients’ lawyers to provide and negotiate a suite of appointments for the engagement of the professional team, which will include Architect, Interior Designer, Principal Designer, Structural Engineer, Services Engineer, Planning Consultant and Party Wall Surveyor.
We will manage the design team through the entire process while acting as the Clients independent monitor and advisor, by arranging, chairing and recording project meetings as required.
We will chase all parties to complete actions as required and consolidate information and decision making to the Client’s convenience.
As Employers Agent/Contract Administrator we act on behalf of Clients and provide professional and thorough administration of construction contracts that can be instrumental in achieving smooth running construction projects. Adair will issue clear and timely contract instructions that are critical to providing clarity for all parties to adhere to their contractual obligations. Other tasks on behalf of Clients include coordinating tender processes, collating contract documents and ensuring robust and effective change management processes.
Where greater Client control is required, we can offer a full construction project management solution acting as construction managers working as part of the Client team. As construction managers we work directly for the Client, managing the entire construction process from commencement to completion. We appoint specialist companies based on our Clients’ aspirations and the practical requirements of the building.
