We will keep track of project costs against the agreed budget to maintain within budget and hold the contractor to account regarding programme and delivery of the scheme.
As Contract Administrators we are appointed to administer the terms of the building contract between clients and their contractors. We monitor and act to ensure compliance with the contractual obligations between both parties.
