Services provided included an initial high level master plan for the refurbishment of an existing manor house and construction of 2 no. new gate houses, tree lined driveway and the construction of a lake with feature bridges. Works included demolition of existing outbuildings, construction of new garage, tractor shed and two bungalows of oak frame construction and associated external works. In addition, the construction of a new 4 bedroom bungalow, a new 3 bedroom bungalow and garage with associated external works.
