Adair was instructed by a private Client to visit their newly constructed home in North London to review the work undertaken by their contractor and prepare a schedule of defects. A significant number of defects were identified including breaches in the fire stopping materials, sub-standard workmanship and inappropriate use of materials.

Following the preparation of a Scott Schedule listing the various defects, Adair have been negotiating with the contractor on the Client’s behalf to propose suitable remedial works and resolve the issues identified.
