The local authority highways department requested the landlord to install a protective film to the glazed section which overhung the public highway. Appointed as Project Manager and Contract Administrator for the proposed works under the terms of the framework agreement with the Client, Adair were responsible for the production of the specification of works and tender documents, obtaining competitive tendering, production of a tender report, drafting of the JCT Contract and weekly site inspections to monitor progress.
