The start of the New Year has seen a spate of new hires and this included strengthening two teams, Dispute Resolution with the appointment of Charlie Firmin Senior Clerk and the Building Surveying team with the senior appointment of Gary Wreford Associate Director and Philip Warner Senior Building Surveyor.
Charlie is Adair’s first Senior Clerk and is responsible for the day to day practice management and development of the whole team. Charlie spent 15 years as a Barristers Clerk and was previously ranked in Legal 500 for his clerking services.
Gary has worked extensively in the social housing sector for Housing Associations and Local Authorities, mainly in private practice, but also on the client side. He has developed a set of skills to ensure his projects are managed and delivered professionally and considers collaboration and teamwork as a key element of any project. More recently, he has specialised in new buildings, undertaking a full range of Employers Agent and Project Management services, including a Hospital and Leisure Centre, from concept through to completion.
Philip has significant experience in high-end residential refurbishments along with commercial fit outs and regularly undertakes party wall commissions, building pathology and dilapidations work.
