Adair were appointed as expert witnesses by the management company of this large residential development in South West London and instructed to undertake an inspection and provide technical knowledge and advice prior to their upcoming proceedings against the original contractor in relation to unresolved defects and latent defects. The five-story building was constructed around 9 years ago and comprises a handful of townhouses, self-contained apartments and an underground carpark with car hoist.
