The project comprised overhauling and redecorating the windows and external joinery, re-pointing areas of deteriorated mortar, re-bedding the chimney pots, replacing any slipped tiles and renewing the solar reflective paint coating to the flat section of the roof.
Services provided by Adair included a review of the specification of works, tendering to three contractors, a detailed tender analysis, bi-weekly site visits and valuations, monthly financial statements and agreement of the final account.
