We act on behalf of Clients as the Employer’s Agent (EA) representing the Client, providing impartial advice throughout the entire project delivery stage and ensuring the design and construction works are undertaken to a high level. We will keep track of project costs against the agreed budget to maintain within budget and hold the contractor to account regarding programme and delivery of the scheme.
As Contract Administrators we are appointed to administer the terms of the building contract between Clients and their contractors. We monitor and act to ensure compliance with the contractual obligations between both parties.
