Adair accompanied the building owner’s surveyor in undertaking schedules of conditions and appointed a structural engineer on behalf of the Client.
Adair were instructed by adjoining owners of a block of flats in Ealing after their neighbour served them with party wall notices for proposed developments on the adjacent plot of land. Adair reviewed the plans and raised the point that the adjoining owner’s flank wall was not a party wall and was situated solely on their side of the line of junction.
