Works incorporated removal of existing finishes, minor structural amendments and full refurbishment of the existing property. There was no access via the front but access via a side gate and communal gardens with scaffolding to the rear and the entry to the site through the dining room window.
The rear windows to the apartment were all replaced as part of the refurbishment.
