Justin is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor with more than 30 years of experience in the construction industry specializing in project management, quantity surveying and project monitoring for commercial projects as well as being responsible for some of the most significant developments in the high-end residential sector over this period. He is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and a Fellow of Expert Witness Institute, Chair of the Construction Industry Council (CIC) and Chair of the International Construction Measurement Standards Coalition (ICMS).
Justin is Head of Dispute Resolution and gave evidence in 2018 and acts as an expert witness for construction claims, adjudications, arbitrations and civil proceedings, including those in the Technology and Construction Court within the High Court. He provides expert reports for construction disputes, in particular those relating to quantum, building defects, contracts, professional negligence, construction costs and fees. He is regularly appointed as a party representative in adjudication proceedings by referring or responding parties and is often instructed by solicitors to support adjudication proceedings for claimants or defendants.
