Adair also provided construction management services to co-ordinate the use of local contractors and specialist UK subcontractors to deliver the high specification finishes and state of the art audio visual technology required for this type of property.
Adair’s emphasis on bringing UK standards to the project resulted in a superior finish compared to other developments in the region. This was the second project completed for this client.
