Adair reviewed the plans for the excavations and met the building owners surveyor on site to undertake a schedule of condition which would record the current condition of the adjoining owners property. Following negotiations an award was made. The award described the works carried out covered by the Party Wall Act, whilst setting out rights and responsibilities to both owners.
