Engaged as Employers Agent, the contract included extensive ground works to grade the existing sloping site and landscaping works designed by award winning landscape architects Fisher, Tomlin & Bowler. Adair provided pre and post contract quantity surveying; analysis of developer costs and programmes; valuation of on-going works and contract variations; monitoring the construction process in accordance with statutory and specification requirements, and valuing and agreeing the final account.
