Extensive re-modelling works including demolition and extension to provide a new dining hall, a 2 storey new build extension providing a new teaching block and re-modelling of the external sports facilities and access provisions.
This project entailed a phased programme of works over two years in a live school environment. Adair acted as an independent third party and reported directly to the Board of Governors, providing the assurance during the most significant estate project carried out at the school. Assessing and monitoring the performance of the project team was particularly important to the Governors as the decision had been made to appoint a multidisciplinary consultancy to deliver the design and management of the entire construction process.
