Advocacy

The client, a groundwork Sub-Contractor, working on a private care home project involving the construction of a large basement to provide added care facilities. Adair acted as representatives for the referring party in an adjudication to recover sums properly due from an incorrectly terminated Sub-Contract and defend a cross claim for damages for alleged delay. Adair provided advocacy in an adjudication against the main contractor and won 100% of the adjudication.
