Advocacy in Adjudication

The client, a groundwork sub-contractor working on a large scale private housing development. The sub-contract works included site clearance, foundations, drainage, landscaping and roads construction. Adair acted as representatives for the referring party in an adjudication to recover sums properly due from an interim application and defend a cross claim for damages for alleged delay. Adair won 100% of the adjudication.
