We initially project managed the successful planning process of this super-prime residential development We were further appointed as Project Manager, Quantity Surveyor and CDM Co-ordinator for the procurement of the consultant team and the full construction works and to ensure that the project met the exacting demands of the client. The project retained the listed façade, while completely removing and rebuilding the interior and rear of the building.

We recommended a two-stage procurement route that allowed work to start quickly on-site managing the complex interface between the different contractors that were performing the stage one ‘shell and core’ work and the stage two fit-out work. We were also appointed as Party Wall Surveyors and successfully negotiated complex awards and served notices with the surveyors acting for the 22 adjoining owners, consisting of many different head lessees, freeholders, sublessees and tenants.
